Design strategy per client
Each client/ product will require its specific strategy. In order to be focused, and build correct plan, and will be cost and time effective, for the client. We at QA-Base will do an initial process with the client, in order to build a full road map for the company and its activity.
This road map will focus the client target and QA-Base team on which activities need to be done, approx. how long will it take to prepare and implement the quality system, and which target needed to be achieved.
By designing a correct path for the client/ product we succeed to save time, money and effort, and allow all participant to be target oriented. This will eventually lead to time saving and achieving the targets in the best and quickest way.
** all documentation related to the above processes will be the customer property and will be implemented in the customer IT system.

Quality manual and policy, document related to ISO9001, ISO 13485, or other required ISO, document related to CE/ FDA/ /CFDA/ AMAR etc, training documents, management review documents, paperwork related to internal and external audits, etc.
